Purrmed is a health diary for cats. This policy is short because our approach is simple: we do not collect your data.

What we collect

Nothing.

• Purrmed has no user accounts and no sign-in.
• Purrmed has no servers. The app works fully offline.
• Everything you enter (your cat's profile, photos, log entries, medications, and notes) is stored in a local database on your device and never leaves it through us.
• Purrmed contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

Purchases

The optional Purrmed Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no personal information from your purchase. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to payment processing.

Notifications

Medication reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent from a server.

Backups and exports

If you use your device's system backup (such as iCloud Backup or Google device backup), your Purrmed data is included in that backup under your platform provider's terms. If you use the in-app export, the exported file is created on your device and shared only where you choose to send it.

Children

Purrmed does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If Purrmed ever adds an online feature (such as optional sync), this policy will be updated first, and any such feature will be opt-in.
